Hi, I’m Lora — founder and owner of Bitty Beauty Bar in Manchester, Maryland.
With an extensive background in dermatology, including medical, cosmetic, and surgical experience, I bring a higher level of knowledge, safety, and cleanliness to every service I provide. My clients can relax knowing they are in a professional, educated, and detail-oriented environment where health always comes first.
My passion for lash artistry began in 2019, and what started as a love for enhancing natural beauty quickly grew into a full-time career — and ultimately the opening of Bitty Beauty Bar in 2022.
My specialty is creating natural-looking lash extensions that enhance and protect the integrity of your natural lashes. I believe beauty should elevate what you already have — not overpower it.
Beyond lashes, I offer custom spray tanning to give you that flawless, sun-kissed glow without the damaging effects of UV exposure. Every tan is tailored to complement your skin tone and leave you feeling confident and radiant.
My newest passion is the luxury head spa experience — a deeply relaxing, stress-relieving treatment designed to promote scalp health while giving you a much-needed moment of calm. It’s more than a service — it’s an escape.

With a career spanning over 45 years, Patti is a true master of her craft. From her early days as the owner of First Impressions in Westminster to her most recent work at Expression Hair Design in Hanover, PA, Patti has consistently delivered exceptional results and built a loyal following.
Now, as part of the Bitty Beauty Bar team, Patti is excited to share her expertise and passion for beauty with a new generation of clients. Expect personalized service, attention to detail, and a commitment to making you look and feel your best.
